How to submit an application
The first step of the move-in process is to submit an application through Findigs, our online tenant screening platform. Please review our qualifications before starting an application. Applications are non-refundable.
If you have already toured the property and have not received a link to apply for the home, please send us a message at leasing@yourintownhome.com. We will be happy to share the information with you.
Please make sure to fill out all the requested information in the application. We can't process the application otherwise. If you have extended invitations to other applicants, everyone will need to complete and submit their applications for us to be able to process the group as a whole.
If you have a pet, service or support animal, please click here to go to our portal at PetScreening to screen your pet. All animals need to be screened.
