Notice of Approval & Reservation Fee

If your application is approved, you will receive an Official Notice of Approval via DocuSign. This document will outline the necessary information to begin a lease, including the lease start date, lease term, rent amount, utilities included with rent, the property reservation amount, and a breakdown of the move-in charges.

Reservation Fee.

The reservation fee is used to secure the property for you. Once the payment is received, the listing will be taken down. This same amount will be converted to your Security Deposit after you have completed your Move-In.
