Signing the lease

Upon receipt of the signed Notice of Approval and submission of the Reservation Fee, we will start the drafting of your lease. The file will be available through your Tenant Portal, and you will be notified once it is ready.

It is important to review and sign the lease in a timely manner, as it is necessary to set up utilities.
