Move-in day

Before your move-in date, we will send you the final documentation for the property via DocuSign. This includes the move-in inspection report, a summary of the lease terms, and a reminder about Renters Insurance. Sometimes, a move-in addendum will be included in case items needing attention are identified during the inspection. In the event that our agent overlooked something during the inspection, you will be provided with a form to note any missing items, and this document will then be added to your file.

Upon receipt of the signed documentation, we will update your ledger with the move-in fees as specified in the Notice of Approval. Both the signed documentation and the paid fees are mandatory prerequisites before access to the property can be granted.

Once you have fully moved into the property, the Reservation Fee will be converted to the Security Deposit.
